It is here so you know why the rules hold.

The issue lives on the token contract. The Slat Cut lives on the fee path of the Quote Lane. Blind Timing lives in construction. Bindings and Blind Close live as events. None of those fields expose a setter.

The deployer has no path that shifts a Slat Owner’s tokens, pauses the Quote Lane, or mints. A reverted close leaves the same Binding in place. A successful close spends only according to that Binding.

The public record is the point. A Binding that could be hidden would be a different product. Shutterline does not mix, does not shield, and does not unlink senders from recipients.
